Crothers have been engaged by St Mary’s Anglican Girls School to complete the construction of a brand-new $25M Creative Arts and Design Centre at the campus in Karrinyup.
Designed to cater for the School’s Immersive Art Program, the three-storey development includes specialised art and design classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, general workshops, lecture theatres and new amenities for staff and students.
A centrally located stairwell provides access to a function centre and gallery, showcasing student works and providing access to the ground floor amphitheatre, connecting natural spaces to the north and east of the site.
