Awarded in 2021, the Baldivis District Sporting Complex development included the construction of the main indoor recreation centre, sports pavilion, changing facilities, maintenance shed, car-parking and associated landscaping elements.
Identified in the City of Rockingham Master Plan, the project aimed to satisfy a significant shortage of sport and recreational facilities providing opportunities for social interaction and skill building, creating stronger and more inclusive communities.
The project was delivered as three separable portions over a period of 88 weeks from contract award.
