Completed in March 2023 for the Department of Transport and Main Roads, this dual-purpose building incorporates 11 customer service counters, 84 open plan workstations, staff amenities plus eight meeting and conference rooms.
Focused on reducing long-term operating costs and environmental impact, this building has been designed to incorporate several sustainability initiatives without compromising functionality.
This project required a great detail of collaboration to ensure the functional, technical and environmental objectives of the project were achieved.
