This prestigious apartment complex was constructed on the waterfront in Geraldton’s Marina Precinct. A technically complex structure and an extremely high level of finishes requirement provided an opportunity for our construction team to showcase their capabilities.
That they met all the client’s expectations in the finished building confirmed their ability to complete premium level construction projects as their ‘stock in trade’.
Constructed over 4 levels, the projects’ 16 apartments occupy the upper levels of the building with the ground floor accommodating resident’s parking and some mixed use commercial tenancies. A swimming pool and gymnasium for the exclusive use of the residents is located on the first floor level.
