The construction of the Broadwater Mariner Resort included all activities required for the development of a major resort, comprising a mix of accommodation types from luxury villas to studio apartments and included earthworks, resort facilities, services and site infrastructure.
Crothers Construction was involved in the project from its inception, with our brief including a role in the design phase to provide input into decision making on cost and ‘build-ability’ issues.
Main features include undercover parking for all guests, pool, spa, twin key accommodation options and the very high standard of the internal fit-out and décor.
