Crothers have recently completed work on the new $25M Creative Arts and Design Centre at the schools campus in Karrinyup.

Crothers Construction has successfully completed the construction of the $27 million Primary School in Henley Brook.

Crothers Construction have completed the construction of the works at Forrestdale South East Primary School which involved the construction of an administration building, early childhood building, 3 teaching blocks each with 4 classrooms, library, staff-room building, a covered assembly building, arts, crafts and science building, education support hub and a newly designed 2 storey-8 classroom block building. External to the buildings, are new sport hard courts, hard & soft landscape work, including play spaces around the remainder of the site.

Crothers Construction completed the construction of the works to the Alkimos Shorehaven Primary School project in January 2022.  The primary school comprises of an administration building (including dental therapy), a library resource centre, a covered assembly with canteen and music room, a kindergarten/ pre-primary learning block, 2 newly designed two-storey learning blocks with 8 classrooms and a single storey 4-classroom learning block.  External works to the development include sporting facilities with a multi-purpose playing court area, roadway car parks and vehicular crossover access area.  There is ample car parking for the facility within this local residential community area.

Awarded in 2021 and delivered late 2022, Geraldton Grammar School officially opened their new Gymnasium.

Strategically designed and positioned, the building makes use of the surrounding elevations to maximise the natural light. The new Gym facility features two indoor basketball / netball courts, extra storage spaces, changing rooms, external services, landscaping and a new car park.  

Completed early in 2024, Crothers Construction were engaged to build a new classroom block at Willetton Senior High School.

Crothers Construction have recently completed the $15.4M upgrade to Lesmurdie Primary School, replacing the outdated buildings with new modern, purpose-built facilities that have been designed to incorporate the surrounding local environment. 

Crothers Construction have completed the construction of the Byford South East Primary School.  Works comprised of the construction of 5 new teaching blocks, an administration centre, library and covered assembly blocks.  Extensive external works including car parks, hard and soft landscaping, sport oval and hard courts were also completed.

The Grandis Primary School project in Banksia Grove was completed within an established residential area. The project was split and contracted out in 2 sections, with a large forward works package completed, prior to the main school building works being carried out. Crothers Construction completed both packages of works for the school.

The forward works package included major civil, retaining and earthworks to be formed in preparation for the new school development and also the placement of new and refurbished transportable buildings to form a pre-primary school.

The main school building package incorporated the construction of 5 new teaching blocks, library, administration block, covered assembly and associated external works.

The works to the existing Yanchep Lagoon Primary School project includes the construction of new teaching blocks, a new library and covered assembly and refurbishment of existing teaching blocks and the administration building. The works have been completed in 2 major stages with the existing school remaining operational throughout the work stages.

The works were carefully managed and planned to ensure no disruption to the school through the extensive works to be carried out.   In addition to the construction of the new buildings the works also included demolition, asbestos removal, services upgrades, car parking and extensive landscaping.

The works to the Darling Range Sports college refurbishment have been completed. Extensive additional building works including the construction of a new materials and mechatronics building, a new food technology building, roof replacement to the existing home economics building and major refurbishment works to the science building have all been completed. The works were completed within a fully operational school site and included staged delivery of buildings including the linkage in and demolition of existing facilities once new buildings were constructed. Extensive external works and service upgrades around the new facilities were also completed.

Crothers Construction have been awarded the construction of a new primary school in Baldivis, for occupation at the start of the 2021 school year.  Works will comprise of the following:

• Administration
• Library Resource Centre
• Pre-Primary Learning Block
• 3 x Learning blocks
• Covered Assembly, Canteen and Music Room
• Multipurpose playing court, oval, soft and hard paved play areas

• Extensive hard and soft landscape works

The soft landscape works and specifically the installation of turf, was completed ahead of time, to enable the turf to fully establish prior to the school opening.

Works have been completed constructing the new two-storey classroom and car park block at Victoria Park Primary School, the most historical inner-city primary school in Perth. This major redevelopment comprised of a new two-storey classroom block, with an elaborate elevated playground, undercroft car park and extensive external landscape upgrades.  Crothers are honoured to have delivered this project, and to enrich the image of the school and to being a part of the school’s prestigious history.

Crothers completed the construction of the new sport hall and associated facilities on the south western corner of the Wanneroo Secondary College Campus.

The works were constructed on an operational school site and consisted of a new state-of-the-art sport hall with associated toilet block and changing facilities, 2 new sets of hardcourts and significant landscape elements. The works were constructed on a difficult sloping site and careful planning and consideration of access to the site works was required, to enable the works to be constructed with minimal impact to the operational school.

Works have been completed on the new Aquinas boat shed for Aquinas College, adjacent to the banks of the Canning River, on their Salter Point campus. The works were carried out as a design and construct project from original conceptual plans and project brief issued at tender stage.

Crothers Construction were engaged by Durack Institute of Technology to construct the first stage of the Centre for Resources Sector and Workforce Training Campus adjacent to the Geraldton Airport.

Crothers Construction have completed the Stage 3 expansion of the existing Geraldton Universities Centre.
